We believe that recruitment is not a magical process of having people just sign up, but rather is one of the most critical aspects of operating any project and company. We realize the fact that recruitment should be a strategic process that connects proper candidates with proper jobs helps improve productivity, satisfaction and reduces attrition rate. This can only be done by placing people who need what you have to offer and who possess the skills and aptitude to accomplish the goals and objectives at hand. The results of the recruitment process will directly impact several areas, including morale, motivation, respect, retention, quality of service projects, relationships with service partners and community members, funding, and the ability to focus on the program rather than spend the majority of the time addressing problems. In the end, it helps deliver world-class service to our customers and helps build and foster a team in a friendly & secure environment.

We have a well established recruitment process in place which our HR team follows for hiring new candidates. The process has been designed by our staff with years of experience in human resource management and has been improved over the years with lessons learned and using best practices. It has worked well for us over the years and has helped us attract and retain the best talent for our company.

Here is a brief summary of the steps that are followed as part of our recruitment process:

• Identify needs
• Evaluating our staff database and MIS of performance appraisal
• Developing a selection criteria for the vacant positions
• Advertising the job position if necessary through adequate media
• Searching for available candidates through job portals, MWBE and response to advertisements
• Evaluating candidates based on past behavior and experience
• Initiating the selection process
• Drug Testing
• Orientation and probation process

We follow our recruitment process very closely and improve it as needed. We have been able to find candidates sometimes within 24 hours for urgent situations.
