A customers profile could not only include their contacts, but also information about their likes/dislikes, taste/preferences etc. Once this information is available it helps not only the front and back office, but plays a key role in mid office management as wel. The mid office department can easily ascertain the credibility of a customer, based on their profile and calculate the risks involved.
