Communication and Notification

As the name suggests communication and notification is sending out automated messages to customers, in-house staff or agents on various aspects such as schedule changes, e-ticket number, special requests, airline status etc. This system can be deployed for Airlines, Consolidators and Agents.

We have deployed software’s, which send out communication and notifications either periodically or when an event occurs. We will send email which is most preferred manner and in some cases SMS/Text to registered emails and numbers.
